At the end of this class, the learner will be able to:
- Describe the performance management process
- Demonstrate the elements of effective coaching
- Understand corrective action and when and how to use it
- Navigate difficult conversations effectively
- Complete a personal action plan
Class Structure
This class consists of a half-hour video lesson and a 10-question quiz. The learner must answer 7 questions correctly to earn a Certificate of Completion for the class.
