Bringing out the best in our employees, especially these days, can be a challenge. In this class, the leader will learn how to proactively drive their team to continuous improvement.

At the end of this class, the learner will be able to:

  • Describe the performance management process
  • Demonstrate the elements of effective coaching
  • Understand corrective action and when and how to use it
  • Navigate difficult conversations effectively
  • Complete a personal action plan

Class Structure

This class consists of a half-hour video lesson and a 10-question quiz. The learner must answer 7 questions correctly to earn a Certificate of Completion for the class.
