At the end of this skills-based session, you will be able to:
- Understand the causes of conflict in the workplace
- Approach conflict rationally and with an open mind
- Recognize the power of listening to the other person
- Focus on the issue or situation, not the other person
- Dissipate the frustration that comes with conflict
- Work toward positive outcomes in conflict situations
Class Structure
This class consists of a half-hour video lesson and a 10-question quiz. The learner must answer 7 questions correctly to earn a Certificate of Completion for the class.
