Understanding Your Leadership Roles and Responsibilities

Today more than ever, it is important that leaders are well-equipped with the skills and tools needed to guide their teams effectively. This class will explore the roles and responsibilities of a leader and provide the tools to be successful in a leadership position.

In this results-focused session, learners will be able to:

• Understand the role of a leader
• Describe the importance of reflection as a leader
• Balance results and relationships
• Describe the 11 characteristics of a great leader
• Create a personal action plan

Class Structure

This class consists of a half-hour video lesson and a 10-question quiz. The learner must answer 7 questions correctly to earn a Certificate of Completion for the class.
